This list combines curated projects at the intersection of network states, parallel societies, free private cities, regenerative villages, modern monasteries, and new economic zones.
As I am creating this list, I am building a curated privacy-first locations-based network, 144 - a project that does not have any presence online and can only be more thoroughly discussed irl. I never share the emerging 144 project names online, multiple of those projects prefer to remain discreet. The idea is to develop a highly effective, shared off-grid communications infrastructure, establish private transportation and engage in parallel economy between these select locations. Not all the projects mentioned below are part of my network, yet some of them I am watching and developing personal relationships with. It takes about 2-4 years of our relationship development for a project to be considered to be part of the 144. Since 144’s current focus is on the Eurasia continent, I have not added multiple projects outside of my preferred geographic area.
